Our people

Our commitment to sustainability extends to the well-being of the people who make our projects possible. As a prominent main contractor and MEP services provider, we prioritise the safety, development, and overall satisfaction of our employees. Through comprehensive training, fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment, and providing opportunities for professional growth, we empower our team to thrive.

We have provided numerous apprenticeships and trainee positions, supporting employees through a wide range of qualifications such as City & Guilds, NVQ, HNC, HND, Bachelors and Master’s degree’s. 95% of our apprentices have been offered full-time employment at the end of their training. Some study traditionally, whist others are taught via training providers such as PlanBEE, the industry-driven higher-level skills programme.

Social Value

Castle creates infrastructure, supports communities, and enables growth to deliver community benefits and additional social value. The creation of social, economic, and environmental well-being is embedded within our procedures, processes and in the way we work.  Each project delivered provides a quarterly report on social values within the business. Social value is reported on every six months and the social values of the business are driven by our Executive Board.
