Scope of Work
Main contractor on the refurbishment of existing factory unit including the installation of partition walls to create 3 separate lettable areas
Building works consisted of the full refurbishment of office including new walls, floors, ceiling and finishes. New roller doors and fire exits incorporated in factory areas. Mechanically the scheme included new heating, ventilation and domestic services to the office area and high efficiency gas fired heating to the factory. Electrically the scheme consisted of new lighting, small power, distribution and fire alarms to offices and factory areas.
