Scope of Work
Mechanical and Electrical works to a speculative 60,000sqft, four story office block.

Mechanically the scheme was composed of a VRF air conditioning system, fresh air ventilation/toilet supply and extract and domestic/drainage services to the core areas. The system also consisted of a number of low carbon and sustainable solutions such as rain water harvesting and solar hot water.

Electrically the scheme consisted generally of underfloor small power, fire alarms, disabled refuge/intercom systems, lighting to offices and cores and full car park lighting. .
