The core business of Castle Building Services is Mechanical and Electrical Contracting. In more recent times however, the company has become the principle contractor on various, prestigious building refurbishment projects.

The directors, Allan Carr and Tony Lister have a combined history of over 50 years within this industry, having launched CBS in 2001, with the aim of coupling the professionalism and dynamism of a large corporate organisation, with a personal and uncomplicated service, normally associated with a smaller company.

The company ethic is to provide trustworthy, delivery of quality projects, on budget and on time, and as a result, CBS is well received in all sectors. The high proportion of repeat business is a testament to this. As a result, it has engaged with many enlightened clients who appreciate value for money and who reward our enthusiasm and commitment with opportunities for development.

Workload is divided between traditional and design build projects, with all design being out-sourced and internally managed.
